This legendary Los Angeles-based improv and sketch troupe, now almost 50 years old, launched comedy legends like Melissa McCarthy, Jennifer Coolidge and Will Ferrell got their start. 7:30 p.m. Feb. 25 at Musco Center for the Arts.

Pacific Conservatory in Orange will host its first Lunar New Year Party for students, families and the community.  Admission includes live Vietnamese music and food, open mic, lucky red envelopes and dancing. 6:30 p.m. Feb. 27 at Pacific Conservatory of Orange.

The acclaimed violinist has led this British ensemble, one of the world's most renowned chamber orchestras, since 2011. They will present a program of works by  program of Ives, Saint-Saëns and Dvořák. Presented by the Philharmonic Society of Orange County. 8 p.m. Feb. 27 at Soka Universty Performing Arts Center.
