Born and raised in Southern California, Ivy Dai worked at ABC 7 News in LA and the Los Angeles Daily News. She has also freelanced for Time Out Beijing and Nice Matin in France. She holds a culinary degree from the Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy and spent extensive time in France as a private chef and cafe owner. She has also appeared on Food Network’s “Cupcake Wars” and “Halloween Wars.”
