From Disneyland After Dark to the OC Pride Festival in Santa Ana, here's your guide to LGBTQ+ celebrations across Orange County this June.

In June, Pride Month recognizes the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) community with celebrations that promote equality and diversity. Orange County has become home to several Pride festivals and gatherings that have become annual events and support the local LGBTQ+ community, proving that the spirit of Pride is going strong even amid the neighboring cancellation of the Long Beach Pride festival.
That festival, which was scheduled to happen in May, was abruptly canceled before it was about to take place. In an official statement, the city of Long Beach said festival organizers didn’t provide “sufficient information to safely permit the event,” while Long Beach Pride insists its organization “worked urgently to resolve issues through the final days” in a statement from the nonprofit.
The free Pride parade in Long Beach, which the city began funding in 2024 after Long Beach Pride asked for assistance, still took place as scheduled on the weekend the festival was supposed to be held.
Meanwhile, Orange County’s own 2026 OC Pride Festival & Parade will celebrate its return to downtown Santa Ana after holding last year’s event at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa.
“It truly feels like coming home …. This return is more than a location change,” OC Pride board president Brandon Chavez said in a statement. “It’s a reflection of our commitment to honoring the voices, history, and spirit of the people we serve. We invite everyone, new and familiar faces alike, to join us as we come together to celebrate, connect and continue building a stronger, more vibrant Pride community.”
