We don't have the resources to write in-depth stories about everything. Our editors want to share a few more events each week that we think you should know about. These picks are chosen by them without input from the organizations listed.
Discover fun ways to introduce art and creative thinking to kids ages 0–2 and their caregivers. Participants visit exhibitions and engage in playful activities that inspire imagination. Art & Play (Ages 0–2) is held the second Wednesday of every month. Two hour-long sessions are available from 11 am-12 noon or 12 noon-1 pm.
Vicki Peterson, a founding member of The Bangles, teams up with John Cowsill, drummer/vocalist for The Beach Boys for over 23 years and original member of the platinum-selling family band, The Cowsills. 7:30 p.m. July 10.
