EDITORS' PICKS

We don't have the resources to write in-depth stories about everything.  Our editors want to share a few more events each week that we think you should know about.  These picks are chosen by them without input from the organizations listed.

Shakespeare's tale of true love and courage, set in the Romantic era for this production, is presented in the New Swan Shakespeare Festival's 130-seat, 15-ton, portable mini-Elizabethan space. July 2- Aug. 29 at UC Irvine.

The SAAAB (Santa Ana Army Air Base) Story exhibition celebrates the history of its flight training center. Learn about its contribution to the war effort, the airmen that served here and its role in the development of the growth of Orange County through film, photographs, maps, oral histories, works of art and ephemera. Through July 2 at Heroes Hall Veterans Museum and Education Center, Costa Mesa.

Jill and Amnon Damti, a deaf and hearing dance duo, creators of Two Worlds Dance and the Damti Method, return for another year as Artists in Residence at OC Music & Dance to offer a two-week summer program. June 30-July 11 at Orange County Music and Dance, Irvine.
