'The World Will Tremble'

Jan. 22 @ 7 p.m.

This documentary film tells the untold true story of the earliest escape from Chelmno, the first Nazi death camp, and the creation of the first eyewitness account of the Holocaust. The event includes a live Q&A with the film’s writer and director, Lior Geller. 7 p.m. Jan. 22 at Laguna Beach Cultural Arts Center.

'Once'

Jan. 23 - March 1

This intimate, ensemble-driven musical tells the story of a Dublin street musician and a Czech immigrant whose chance encounter sparks a week-long collaboration full of music, vulnerability, and unexpected connection. Jan. 23-March 1 at Chance Theater in Anaheim.

Mady Epino & Friends

Jan. 24 @ 7 p.m.

A recent Cal State Fullerton grad, this 23-year-old trumpet player, vocalist, composer and arranger bridges classic and contemporary traditions. She's inspired by Ella Fitzgerald, Blue Mitchell, Art Farmer, and Chet Baker. 7 p.m. Jan. 24 at The Sanctuary Studio for the Arts & Humanities in Santa Ana.
